Job summary

Envirotainer is seeking a Software Design Engineer to participate in the development, maintenance and testing of embedded software for the Envirotainer fleet of containers. You will work in a team with software, power systems, electronics and refrigeration experts, contributing to both new developments and improvements in CI-enabled workflows.

The role focuses on developing software, performing unit and regression tests, releasing packages, and creating professional documentation.

Qualifications

• BSc. or equivalent with track record in software development and testing embedded systems.
• Strong C/C++ skills and RTOS knowledge.
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop software and accompanying documentation.
• Create and execute unit and regression tests for new/modified functionality.
• Release software packages and review code and docs.
• Provide technical support and perform RCA when needed.
• Prepare and present technical documentation for internal/external users.
