Role overview
The role focuses on the design, development, and validation of electronics and embedded solutions forming the core of next-generation robot controllers used in industrial environments.
Design and develop electronic hardware and embedded firmware for robotic control systems
Work with power electronics, including DC/DC converters, motor drive interfaces, and power management circuits
Design and analyze analog circuits (signal conditioning, ADC/DAC interfaces, op-amps, filters)
Design digital electronics, including microcontrollers, SoCs, FPGAs, and high-speed interfaces
Develop solutions based on SoC/MCU architectures and real-time embedded systems
Review, optimize, and approve schematics and PCB layouts with focus on EMI/EMC, signal integrity, and thermal performance
Ensure designs meet industrial standards for robustness, safety, and long-term reliability
Perform bring-up, debugging, and validation of new hardware
Conduct electronics-level and system-level testing (functional, stress, environmental, and lifetime testing)
Collaborate closely with firmware, software, mechanics, and test teams in cross-functional development
Support production, field, and quality teams during prototype, verification, and ramp-up phases
Strong fundamentals in analog and digital electronics
Experience in power electronics and industrial power systems
Hands-on experience with MCUs, SoCs, or embedded processors
Knowledge of schematic design and PCB layout review (multi-layer boards)
Understanding of EMI/EMC, ESD, grounding, and signal integrity
Experience with hardware bring-up, debugging, and root-cause analysis
Familiarity with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and lab equipment
Understanding of embedded firmware–hardware interaction
Experience working in industrial or safety-critical environment
Experience with FPGA / VHDL / Xilinx
Knowledge of Embedded Linux
Experience with motor control electronics
Familiarity with functional safety standards (IEC, ISO)
Exposure to high-reliability or high-volume industrial products
