Qualifications

• Engineering degree in a relevant field with a focus on electronics or quality.
• At least five years in supplier quality, QA, or similar roles.
• Solid knowledge of quality methods such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA and Six Sigma.
• Understanding of production processes and systematic problem solving.
• Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3; ISO 26262 is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project-leading capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in supplier qualification, selection, and audits.
• Manage qualification of new or modified parts (PPAP).
• Lead supplier development to improve performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence quality in new products.
• Own customer-related quality cases and coordinate supplier involvement.
• Drive problem solving and apply quality tools across the organization.
• Travel to suppliers within and outside Europe.
