Job description

If you have experience working as a construction manager, and are seeking a company to progress into a Project Management position with - this is the move for you! You'll manage a leading edge, hyperscale Data Centre Project. With a highly competitive benefits package, and the opporutny to gain strong training and career devleopment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage the electrical construction phase of hyperscale data centres, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Site Coordination: Lead on-site electrical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project milestones.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to HSE regulations, risk assessments, and safety protocols on site.
  • Quality Assurance & Testing: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including HV, LV, UPS, generators, switchgear, and power distribution.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, delays, or inefficiencies in the electrical construction process.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the key interface between clients, consultants, MEP teams, general contractors, and subcontractors. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed progress reports, site documentation, and project records to ensure transparency and compliance.
Key Requirements:
  • Qualified in electrical trade through a recognised apprenticeship or certification, with 5+ years of experience in construction management.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing large-scale electrical projects across various sectors. In-depth knowledge of commercial management, quality assurance, and site safety regulations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and liaise with clients.
  • Proven ability to plan schedules, resolve challenges, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • 3/1 Rotation.
