Job summary

Thor is seeking Electrical Commissioning Engineers for HV/MV substations in Sweden. The contract runs 6–8 months with extension potential and a start ASAP.

The role follows a three weeks on-site, one week home rotation, and requires deep experience in commissioning HV/MV/LV substations and protection-relay testing. Responsibilities include commissioning, testing, documentation, energisation support, and coordination with project teams.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of substation commissioning experience.
• Strong protection-relay testing knowledge, ideally ABB or Siemens.
• Practical experience with primary and secondary injection testing.
• Experience commissioning switchgear and transformers.
• Familiarity with IEC 61850, DIGSI 5, SICAM or SCADA systems is advantageous.
• Availability for rotational work in Sweden.
• Right to work on European projects.
