A global industrial group is looking for a senior consultant to build and govern online sales for its licensed brands. The role is both strategic and hands‑on – you map the current state, define the preferred setup and execute it yourself.
The client licenses a number of its brands to external partners. Today there is no dedicated resource to support licensees in online sales and marketplace setup – and without governance, the group risks losing control of the brand experience online. You create the structure that solves that.

Define and present a recommended setup per brand. Set up marketplace accounts and brand stores. Onboard licensees within a controlled environment with the right access and permissions. Build structured documentation and ensure a solid handover.
