Voi Technology is seeking a Fleet Specialist (Driver & Mechanic) in Uppsala. You’ll work across two areas—our mechanical team handling vehicle maintenance and a field team using vans to perform tasks around Uppsala—ensuring operations run efficiently.

Responsibilities include scooter collection, damage assessment, battery swaps, and on-site repairs, while maintaining safety and team support in daily logistics.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Swedish driver’s license.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Experience with tools or mechanical practices.
• Familiarity with digital tools and applications.
• Local knowledge of Uppsala and ability to drive in the city.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

• Support on-site team tasks such as identifying damaged vehicles and setting up fallen scooters.

Your mission at Voi

Responsibilities

For the position as a Driver & Mechanic (Fleet Specialist), you'll have the possibility of working in two different areas, depending on workload and suitability. We have our mechanical team, where you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our vehicles. This means keeping our scooters in top shape and provide strong support to our team on the ground. We also have our In field team, where you'll be utilising our vans to perform different tasks in the Uppsala area, making sure our operations runs as efficiently as possible. What You'll Need To Embark

We're looking for a highly motivated and responsible team player who can handle tasks and solve problems independently. With a proactive approach, you should be skilled in finding innovative solutions and achieving set objectives. In addition, the right candidate should have:

• A valid drivers license for Sweden
• Fluency in english, both verbal and written
• Previous experience with tools or mechanical practices
• General familiarity with digital tools and applications
• Local knowledge of Uppsala and experience driving in the city
• The ability to remain calm in stressful situations (such as difficult parking or traffic)

Job conditions

• Working hours: Part time (40% or 60%), with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts
• Contract type: Seasonal (2 months, with potential to extend based on performance and business needs)
• Start date: As soon as possible
