Job summary

Jobylon is looking for a seasoned full-stack developer based in Stockholm to own features from idea to production. You’ll work on a product used by thousands of recruiters and hiring managers across Europe, primarily with Python and Django and modern frontend tech.

The role includes 8-week cycles for building and improving, plus exploration of AI tools. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering to shape solutions, contribute ideas, and ensure quality across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• You have several years of experience as a full-stack developer, primarily working with web-based products. You feel comfortable taking ownership of features throughout the entire development lifecycle, from understanding requirements to seeing your work live in production.
• You have professional experience with Django, meaning you have been hands-on in building scalable Django based products in a professional setting.
• You've worked in product-focused environments where engineers are expected to contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and help shape solutions, not just implement them.
• You speak and write English fluently, as it's our working language.
• To be considered for the role, you also need to be based in the Stockholm area and able to come to the office regularly. Unfortunately, we're unable to provide relocation and/or visa sponsorship for this position.
