Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a Director for Wayfinders Consulting – Retail in Sweden, to lead strategic growth and oversee complex, multi-disciplinary engagements. You will drive opportunity expansion in the Retail vertical, nurture senior client relationships, and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate across the Europe Wayfinders practice to shape offerings, mentor consultants, and position Fujitsu as a trusted advisor for transformational retail operations across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-stakeholder engagements at director level or equivalent
• Strong network within the retail sector and ability to originate high-value advisory engagements
• Proven track record in leading proposal development that drives revenue growth
• Experience shaping go-to-market offerings in digital transformation
• Ability to mentor and develop high-performing consulting teams
