Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline, business administration, or management.
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical development.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare- or pharma-related solution deployment and technical maintenance.
• Deep experience in business process development and optimization in a regulated environment.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio delivery: plan and execute onboarding of studies to IPR products and offerings.
• Manage customer engagement: lead sponsor study team interactions and set delivery expectations.
• Enable successful study go-live: ensure ethics materials and documentation are delivered on time.
• Drive risk management: identify, assess, and manage project risks during delivery.
• Develop and optimize delivery processes: build scalable onboarding with high-quality experience.
• Accelerate and automate delivery: develop tools and adopt AI to improve efficiency.
