Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking a Global Benefits Director to lead design, governance, and administration of employee benefits across regions. This role partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and vendors to deliver competitive programs that support wellbeing and business objectives globally.

The ideal candidate brings deep international benefits expertise, strong leadership, and experience managing geographically dispersed teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with total rewards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years leading global benefits programs in multinational organizations.
• 10+ years managing benefits across EMEA and APAC regions.
• 2+ years hands-on experience administering U.S. benefits programs.
• Strong understanding of global benefits compliance, governance, and market practices.
• Experience partnering with external vendors, brokers, and consultants internationally.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global benefits strategy and execution across EMEA, APAC, and the United States.
• Design, evaluate, and optimize health, wellness, retirement, risk, and leave programs globally.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations and governance requirements across all regions.
• Manage and evolve benefits programs in complex multinational environments.
• Partner with regional HR and business leaders to align benefits offerings with talent and business strategies.
• Lead vendor selection, negotiations, and ongoing performance management for global benefits providers and brokers.
• Analyze market trends, benchmarking data, and employee feedback to enhance program competitiveness and effectiveness.
• Drive harmonization and scalability of global benefits processes while respecting regional requirements.
• Lead and develop a team of benefits professionals and individual contributors across multiple regions.
• Manage budgets, reporting, and benefits governance activities.
• Support M&A integration activities and global expansion initiatives as needed.
• Cross functionally works with HR, Total Rewards, Finance, Legal, Head of Compensation and Business Leaders to ensure efforts meet the total rewards strategy.
• Communicate effectively across team members
• Hands on focus as this role will be handling all EMEA benefits. Working manager plus managing others.

Position Summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking an experienced and strategic Global Benefits Director to lead the design, implementation, governance, and administration of employee benefits programs across multiple regions. This role will oversee global benefits strategy with a strong emphasis on EMEA and APAC programs while also maintaining capability and oversight for U.S. benefits administration and compliance.

The ideal candidate brings deep international benefits expertise, strong leadership capability, and experience managing geographically dispersed benefits teams and individual contributors. This leader will partner closely with HR, Total Rewards, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver competitive and compliant benefits programs that support employee wellbeing and business objectives globally.

• 5+ years leading global benefits programs in multinational organizations.
• 10+ years managing benefits across EMEA and APAC regions.
• 2+ working knowledge and hands-on experience administering U.S. benefits programs.
• Experience managing benefits professionals and/or individual contributor teams.
• Strong understanding of global benefits compliance, governance, and market practices.
• Experience partnering with external vendors, brokers, and consultants internationally.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting both EMEA and APAC benefits programs simultaneously in a highly global organization.
• Experience in technology, aerospace, aviation, or multinational matrixed environments.
• Advanced degree and/or professional certifications in Total Rewards or Benefits.
• Worked in a faced paced pre-IPO environment.
