Job summary

Truesec, a leading cybersecurity company in Sweden, seeks a Director of Security Technology to drive the security technology vision for Managed Services.

You will accelerate AI-enabled security operations, automation and orchestration while partnering closely with the Head of SOC to ensure scalable, high-quality delivery and customer outcomes.

The role requires deep expertise in SOC/MDR, cloud and data platforms, and a hands-on leadership style to transform capabilities and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity technology leadership across SOC/MDR and managed security services.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into practical technology roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled security operations and automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Managed Services security technology vision and roadmap.
• Lead AI-enabled security operations transformation and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Head of SOC to align technology strategy with operations.
• Translate SOC needs into clear technology requirements and governance.
• Build trust in AI and automation with transparent processes and quality controls.
• Communicate strategy, risks and outcomes to leadership.
