Job summary

Vitrolife Group is seeking a Digital Product Owner for EMR and API integration to join the Customer Success Development team in Gothenburg. You will own product direction, prioritize backlog, and work with fertility clinics to shape integrations that connect EMRs with Vitrolife products and services.

You will collaborate with a Tech Lead and external teams, focusing on business value, adoption, and scalable architecture as the MVP evolves.

Qualifications

• Proven experience personally building and scaling a B2B API or integration product from MVP or first production launch to adoption across multiple customers or systems.
• 5+ years in product ownership or product management, combining product strategy with hands-on prioritization and delivery in agile or product-focused environments.
• Strong technical product experience from software, APIs, or integrations, including translating clinic workflows into API requirements.
• Technical fluency in APIs, data contracts, authentication, versioning, backward compatibility, and reliability; coding not required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills with Business Process Owners and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate vision, roadmap, backlog, and release priorities by value and risk.
• Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; validate outcomes with stakeholders.
• Talk directly with clinics to understand EMR needs and data requirements.
• Ensure API documentation, onboarding, testing, production readiness, and support processes.
• Collaborate with Tech Lead, developers, and external teams on options and trade-offs.
• Coordinate adoption and operational readiness with EMR providers and internal teams.
