You’ll play a pivotal role in driving successful digital initiatives across the organization, enhancing operational efficiency, and aligning digital strategies with regional business objectives. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including central teams, GSI leaders, and regional stakeholders), lead a high‑performing team of Regional Business Process Experts (rBPEs), and foster a culture of continuous improvement and tool adoption.
You’ll specifically take care of overseeing new information systems implementation and ensuring the usability of Global System Integrator (GSI) tools across all deployed entities, but also facilitating the creation and development of key user networks.
