Job summary

Alstom is seeking a Digital Operations Manager in Stockholm to lead a high‑performing regional team and oversee new information systems. You’ll align digital initiatives with business objectives, coordinate with GSI leaders, and drive user adoption across sites.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, training, and effective collaboration with central and regional teams. You will manage RBPEs, monitor incidents, and ensure project implementations meet local needs while advancing process

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations, with a strong preference for hands-on experience in digital tools and support team management.
  • Proven experience in project management, specifically in SAP roll-out projects; experience with GSI models is a plus.
  • Strong focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and convey them effectively to internal IS&T teams.
  • Knowledge of performance measurement and process adoption strategies.
  • Familiarity with methodologies and tools to support application adoption and monitoring.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your digital operations expertise in a cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward‑thinking teammates.

You’ll play a pivotal role in driving successful digital initiatives across the organization, enhancing operational efficiency, and aligning digital strategies with regional business objectives. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including central teams, GSI leaders, and regional stakeholders), lead a high‑performing team of Regional Business Process Experts (rBPEs), and foster a culture of continuous improvement and tool adoption.

You’ll specifically take care of overseeing new information systems implementation and ensuring the usability of Global System Integrator (GSI) tools across all deployed entities, but also facilitating the creation and development of key user networks.

We’ll look to you for:
