Job summary

SWEP, a global leader in efficient heat transfer technology and part of the Dover Corporation, is seeking a Digital Architect to drive enterprise architecture and our AI-driven transformation. You will translate business needs into clear architectural roadmaps and lead the Architecture Council.

You will collaborate across functions to define standards, evaluate new technologies, and ensure cost-effective, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Experience in enterprise, business, or system architecture (7+ years).
• Certifications in TOGAF, AWS/Azure, SAFe Architect preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enforce the enterprise architecture strategy and roadmaps.
• Define architecture standards and inform strategic investments.
• Lead the creation of SWEP's AI capability and arch needs, guiding AI opportunities and priorities.
• Govern changes to business processes to ensure governance and alignment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure cost-effective, scalable digital ecosystems.
