Job summary

K&K Talents is recruiting for a client in Gothenburg, Sweden, to hire a Senior AWS/DevOps engineer for automating and maintaining services and supporting development teams. The role emphasizes infrastructure as code, serverless architectures, and CI/CD excellence.

The position requires deep AWS experience, Linux proficiency, and strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on reliability and platform improvements. On-site in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of total IT experience, incl. 3+ years in an enterprise production environment.
• Everything-as-Code mindset with automation of infrastructure, deployment, and operations.
• Strong coding/scripting in Python, Bash, Java and/or TypeScript.
• Hands-on AWS experience with CloudFormation, CodePipeline, CodeDeploy and CodeBuild.
• Solid CI/CD knowledge and tooling (Jenkins).
• Experience with infrastructure/ configuration automation (Packer, Ansible).
• Experience with serverless/event-driven architectures (Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, API Gateway).
• Good working knowledge of Linux environments.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB).
• Experience with monitoring, lifecycle management and production support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

Required

• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS, particularly CloudFormation, CodePipeline, CodeDeploy and CodeBuild.
