Job summary

Tata Technologies in Gothenburg, Sweden is seeking a DevOps Engineer for CI/CD to support software delivery across embedded automotive projects. The role focuses on building scalable CI/CD toolchains and automating workflows within the Software Framework & DevOps team.

You will design and operate CI/CD pipelines, automate builds and releases, and collaborate with software developers, architects and system teams to improve tooling and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in software development and automation.

• Proficiency in Bash/PowerShell and scripting.
• Embedded software for MR-Node ECUs.

The role

The Software Framework & DevOps team enables software delivery across the Propulsion & Energy organization. We build, maintain and continuously improve the CI/CD ecosystem used by engineering teams developing embedded automotive software.

Our mission is to simplify and automate software development and delivery by providing scalable toolchains, development workflows, release automation, traceability and developer enablement services. We work closely with Software Developers, Architects and System Teams to establish efficient and reliable software delivery processes.

Responsibilities

You will be part of a team that has a broad impact across the organization by enabling engineers to develop, integrate and release software efficiently and safely. The role combines software development, infrastructure engineering, developer experience and organizational collaboration, making it ideal for engineers who enjoy both technical depth and cross-functional impact.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be a key contributor in developing and operating the software development and delivery platform used across multiple software development departments.
