In this key role, you'll help define the seasonal direction and create cohesive collections that honor GANT’s heritage while meeting the needs of today’s modern consumer.

What you’ll do
  • Lead the Design Direction for our Shirts Category – from concept to final sample – with a strong focus on quality, detail, and brand alignment.
  • Shape seasonal collections by developing standout design concepts in close collaboration with Design, Product, and Merchandising teams.
  • Select and source premium materials that reflect GANT’s values in craftsmanship, pricing, and sustainability.
  • Translate trends into timeless pieces, identifying key colors, patterns, and silhouettes based on market insights and past performance.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure a cohesive seasonal vision and smooth design-to-production flow.
  • Drive sustainable thinking throughout the design process, contributing to more responsible fashion choices.
Profile
  • 4–5 years of experience in menswear design, ideally with a strong focus on shirts – from concept to production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office, and experience with PML.
  • Excellent technical knowledge, including garment construction, patternmaking, and fabric selection.
  • A sharp eye for colour, graphics, silhouette, and detail, combined with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Collaborative team player with experience working cross-functionally and with external suppliers.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with the Penelope program is a plus.
