You will guide a talented team through concept to delivery, ensuring craft and consistency while expanding capabilities across interaction, print, and spatial design.

Qualifikationen

• Higher education in Visual communication, Graphic Design, Brand Design, or UI/UX.
• 6+ years of creative experience, ideally with international brands.
• Strong UI/UX experience and brand identity craftsmanship.
• Business acumen and ability to manage stakeholders and multiple clients.
• Fluent Swedish and English.

Aufgaben

• Work as a holistic design resource in client projects.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear creative strategies.
• Lead the creative process from concept to delivery with senior guidance with Design Director.
• Review work and mentor junior designers and interns.
• Maintain a high level of craftsmanship across all brand disciplines.
• Identify opportunities for design and brand identity work in projects.
