Job summary

Axis Communications in Lund is seeking a Design for Test Engineer to join the Industrialization Production and Test team. You will contribute to production tests from concept to mass production, collaborating with R&D and operations to secure quality.

You will plan and implement the production test system, integrate hardware and software, configure TestStand sequences, and secure test hardware for prototypes and partners. Some travel required.

Qualifications

• We look for a methodical approach to structuring work and problem solving.
• Basic knowledge in software development is expected.
• Experience with TestStand is a bonus.

We are now looking for a Design for Test Engineer to join our Fixed Dome Industrialization Production and Test team in Lund. A role where you will be part of our development projects, cooperating with other disciplines to ensure a smooth and well-functioning production flow.Who is your future team?The Industrialization Production & Test teams are responsible for Axis production flow, which includes defining and developing all steps from post Printed Circuit Board Assembly to a fully assembled Axis product.You will be part of a diverse and experienced team with Design for Test Engineers, PCBA Test Design engineers and Design for Production Engineers with many opportunities to influence your personal development as well as the direction of the team. You work in close cooperation with colleagues from our operations organization and project team members from R&D. You integrate different test solutions developed by the Production Platform teams and you participate in the development projects from the early concept phase to mass production.
