Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Demand Planner within ABB Process Automation’s Process Control Platform (PCP), you will play a key role in securing material availability and enhancing supplier performance to support our Planning & Fulfillment Center in Västerås. • Monitor and secure material availability, addressing both short- and long-term shortages.

  • Drive inventory optimization while maintaining high service levels and participating in improvement initiatives.

  • Manage demand forecast. Collaborate with the demand forecasting team to analyze variations and implement the customers’ demand in the ERP.

  • Generate and analyze supplier forecasts monthly. Evaluate variations and review the need to balance global stocks.

  • Take part in redesign projects, representing Planning & Fulfillment in the project team.

  • Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English.

  • You are a structured team player with good learning capability. You are curious and enjoy exploring, developing and improving processes continuously.

  • Experience in lean manufacturing.
