As our new Demand Planner, you will play a central role in driving forecast accuracy, securing alignment across global markets, and ensuring the right products reach the right place at the right time.

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Demand Planner to join our global team. In this role, you will be a key function in the planning and buying process, ensuring accurate forecasts and alignment across markets and teams. You will take ownership of forecasting systems and models, driving continuous improvements to support business growth and operational excellence. With your expertise in demand planning tools and cross-functional collaboration, you will play a crucial role in shaping demand plan outcomes and ensuring consistency in ways of working across regions and functions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective forecast models, ensuring accuracy through KPI measurements and system improvements
  • Monitor and report on changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies – challenge and align with regional teams
  • Lead forecast review meetings and consolidate product-level forecasts from markets and sales functions
  • Partner with Collection Planning, Finance, Merchandising, and Supply Planning to align forecasts with business and product strategy
  • Drive analysis of forecasting accuracy and bias to support better procurement decisions
  • Take ownership of the forecasting system and propose solutions for continuous improvement
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical reports and support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities
Profile
  • Proven experience as a Demand Planner in a global, multi-market environment
  • Expert knowledge of Anaplan or similar demand planning tools
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Confident communicator, able to challenge and align stakeholders across functions and markets
  • A proactive team player with strong collaboration skills and cross-functional experience
  • Experience or aptitude in developing systems, model building, and driving reporting requirements
