Right now, we are looking for a new Demand Planner to join the Range Area (RA) Food Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Supply Chain team.
This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impression, as IKEA Food is on a journey to transform the food business at IKEA across the whole value chain. You will lead a global assignment, contribute to expanding IKEA Food business, and have the trust and freedom to lead your assignment and organize your time. Your well‑being is our priority.
As a Demand Planner at RA CPG, you will use different insights to create a demand plan for the portfolio of products under your responsibility, leading to a forecast on an operational and tactical horizon. You will be part of exciting projects to develop our food range, as well as to develop our digital and process capabilities within the IKEA ecosystem. As the main supply speaking partner with the Retail organisation, you will work closely with the Commercial colleagues at the Range Area and have direct contact with our Retail markets. You will contribute to building a smarter, slimmer, and more cost‑effective supply chain, enabling availability for our customers at the lowest possible cost.
You are motivated by problem solving, have good prioritization skills, a positive attitude, and you always look for ways to improve the business together with others. Since we are a truly international environment, you need to be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
