Job summary

Techrytera AB is seeking a senior Data Scientist/ML Engineer to support client-facing data science initiatives. You will design and deploy ML models in production, utilize vector databases and embeddings, and build robust data pipelines across cloud environments.

We value 5+ years in data science or applied ML, strong statistics, and hands-on MLOps experience with CI/CD in GCP, plus SQL proficiency and DBT or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working in data science or applied machine learning.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in statistics and machine learning.
• Proven experience developing and deploying ML models in the cloud (beyond notebook-based coding and execution).
• Hands‑on experience with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines, ideally on GCP.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Ability to understand diverse data sources and build robust data wrangling and aggregation pipelines.
• Practical experience with vector databases and embedding models. Familiarity with DBT or other data transformation tools.
• Hands‑on experience building and deploying ML and LLM based applications, retrieval pipelines, and prompt engineering.
