About The Role

This is a role where you’ll encounter varied technical environments and business contexts. We’re looking for engineers who understand ML & engineering fundamentals deeply and can apply them across different technology stacks. Your Responsibilities May Include

Design ML system architectures spanning the full lifecycle: data pipelines, training infrastructure, model serving, and monitoring. Make architectural tradeoffs considering scale, latency, cost, and maintainability for production environments.

Deploy and maintain production ML systems across diverse environments and requirements, with focus on reliability, performance optimization, and deployment best practices (canary releases, A/B testing, rollback strategies, CI/CD integration)

Provide technical leadership through code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentoring. Bridge technical and business stakeholders by translating complex ML concepts into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Helps both us and our partners to optimize processes, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies for growth and innovation.

We Believe That You

Have at least 5 years of experience as an ML Engineer.

Have a university degree in a highly technical and quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Software Development, Engineering etc.

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, both technical and non-technical. Strong skills in communication, organization, and teamwork, combined with solid business acumen.
