Job summary

Galderma is seeking a Data Integrity Lead (QA-IT) to drive and strengthen Data Integrity across our pharmaceutical manufacturing site. The role combines regulatory expertise with practical business solutions, serving as site owner for governance and compliance.

You will lead the Data Integrity Team, align with global strategies, and oversee KPI reporting, risk mitigation, and inspection readiness, ensuring sustainable improvements across Quality, Manufacturing, and IT.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of QA, QA-IT and Data Integrity in pharma.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Data Integrity governance, strategy, and roadmap.
• Oversee QA of GxP computerized systems through lifecycle.
• Lead investigations, CAPA, and regulatory inspections readiness.
• Develop and deliver Data Integrity, Annex 11, Part 11 training and drive a culture of compliance.
