Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or similar
• Strong foundation in data warehousing concepts and data modeling
• Experience with batch and streaming data pipelines and distributed engines
• Proficiency in SQL and Python/Scala/Bash
• Familiarity with data lakehouse architectures and modern formats
• Experience with Kafka and CDC tools and CI/CD tooling

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines
• Interpret and ingest data from diverse cloud/on-prem sources into lakehouse
• Evaluate and integrate frameworks for scalable data engineering platform
• Define and enforce data quality standards with monitoring and alerts
• Collaborate with ML engineers, backend developers, DBAs and stakeholders
• Ensure high-performance data processing and efficient data modeling
• Promote data engineering best practices and continuous learning
