We are seeking a Data Engineer with strong experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to drive the development of scalable, high‑performing data products that power business decisions and growth.

The ideal candidate combines technical excellence with a strategic mindset, ensuring our data infrastructure supports innovation, speed, and reliability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of building, optimizing, and maintaining data products and pipelines that enable data‑driven decision‑making.
• Design and implement robust data architectures aligned with business priorities.
• Apply DevOps practices to manage CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and cloud infrastructure on GCP.
• Ensure all solutions meet enterprise‑grade standards for security, scalability, and performance.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to define data product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement a data mesh approach, improving accessibility and efficiency across domains.
• Lead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce technical debt, and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies to maintain a future‑ready data environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or Software Engineer in modern cloud environments (preferably GCP).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, or Scala.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data formats (Avro, Parquet), and cloud‑based storage systems.
• Experience with NoSQL and RDBMS databases.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
