Reboot Monkey in Hisings Kärra, Sweden, is seeking a Data Center Technician for a full-time, on-site role. You will install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment, perform structured cabling, and manage hardware deployments while monitoring power and cooling systems.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of data center operations experience, strong troubleshooting and documentation skills, and familiarity with DCIM platforms and UPS systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with rack and stack operations.
• Vendor certifications (preferred).
• Understanding of power distribution and UPS systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
