Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician to provide on-site technical support at local data center facilities in Katrineholm, Sweden. The role focuses on hands-on hardware, cabling, and quick response to incidents at client sites.

Ideal candidates will have experience with data center infrastructure, server hardware, networking, and strong English communication. Candidates must be able to lift 25kg+ and be flexible for on-call work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure.
• Knowledge of server hardware, networking, and cabling standards.
• Reliable transportation and proximity to local data centers.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to lift 25kg+ equipment.
• Flexible availability including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Remote Hands & Smart Hands support (cabling, power cycling, hardware swaps).
• Server rack installation and decommissioning.
• Cross-connect and patch panel management.
• Hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Visual inspections and inventory audits.
• Escort and access coordination for client visits.
• Emergency response and on-call availability.
