Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices AB in Malmö seeks a proactive Data Center Operations professional to deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise-scale server and networking environments. Qualifications

• Experience with server hardware and system-level troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose component failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with server management software and diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Experience with data center deployment technologies and OS deployment processes.
• Experience in large-scale data center or enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, maintenance, and sustainment in customer data centers.
• Perform hardware break-fix on servers and networking equipment.
• Assist with incident management and troubleshooting to maintain service availability.
• Execute data center operational tasks (cabling, patching, replacement, power-cycle).
• Participate in root cause investigations and failure analysis with customer engineering teams.
• Support asset management, inventory tracking, and data center audits.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Provide technical assistance and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Generate operational reports and updates to management on service performance.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and AMD teams for project execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of service quality and efficiency.
