Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Associate's degree or technical qualification preferred.
• Associate's degree, technical trade qualification, military training, or equivalent higher education.
• Ability to work shift schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead through empowerment, accountability, coaching, and inclusion.
• Oversee critical environment operations across electrical, mechanical, controls, and generator systems.
• Monitor building management, telemetry, and control systems for optimal performance.
• Manage CMMS work orders, asset tracking, and reporting.
• Lead incident response during outages and develop SOPs/MOPs/SOPs.
