Job summary

Scania Group is seeking a Business & Project Analyst to support the development and transformation of P&C Service Operations and our global Knowledge Centre organisation. You will analyse operational, financial, workforce and service data and translate your findings into clear recommendations.

The role includes developing business cases and assessing new or changed services to support fact-based decisions and sustainable implementation.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, controlling, consulting, shared services, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with data analysis, reporting, and decision-support materials.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and engage with stakeholders in an international environment.
  • A relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with Power BI is considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of P&C, transformation initiatives, service implementation, or shared service operations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Role Summary
