Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Data & AI Analyst, your main objective is to solve business and product challenges using data, AI, automation, and technology. You'll work across the business to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and turn ideas into measurable impact - from revenue management and customer acquisition to process automation and product development.

You'll have the freedom to explore new technologies and find pragmatic ways to apply AI and automation to real business problems. If your idea is well-founded and the potential impact is strong, it's an idea worth pursuing.

You'll report to the Chief Business Officer and work closely with both business and tech teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build AI- and data-driven solutions to automate processes and solve business problems.
• Develop analyses, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
• Explore and apply LLMs, AI tools and APIs where they can create measurable business value.
• Develop Python-based tools, automations, and analytical solutions.
• Work with data from different sources and help improve how data is collected, transformed, and used.
• Identify opportunities where technology can improve efficiency, customer experience or revenue.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English. Swedish is not a must.
• Must have a valid legal right to work in Sweden at the time of employment. We are unable to sponsor work permits or support new work permit applications for this position. No relocation support is offered for this role.
• 1-2 years of proven experience as a Data or AI Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL and Python.
• Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI, automation, APIs, or similar technologies is highly valued.
• High ambition, a proactive mindset, and a strong focus on delivering measurable results, combined with a zero-ego, collaborative approach.
