Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Process Manager to develop, implement, and optimize cybersecurity processes across the organization. You will collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to enhance our security posture and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes process leadership, regular reviews, and driving improvements through KPIs and audits, contributing to safeguarding critical national infrastructure and company assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years in cybersecurity with at least 1 year in process management or cybersecurity project management.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing cybersecurity processes.
• Strong understanding of frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain cybersecurity processes, policies, and procedures in line with security strategy and standards.
• Conduct regular reviews to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Lead implementation of new cybersecurity processes with IT, operations, and business units.
• Define and track KPIs to measure process effectiveness and efficiency.
• Oversee cybersecurity audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
