Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic team focused on cybersecurity in a project-intensive environment. You will support and guide team members while ensuring their involvement in all relevant projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in leadership and a solid understanding of critical infrastructure regulations and cybersecurity frameworks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leadership roles such as team leader or project manager.
• Understanding of cybersecurity regulations like NIS/NIS2, NERC-CIP.
• Familiarity with laws related to protective security.
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks like ISO 27001, IEC62443, NIST CSF.
• Strong collaboration skills and adaptability to change.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day team activities.
• Ensure involvement in relevant projects.
• Equip the team with necessary tools and applications.
• Participate in necessary project reviews.
• Provide expertise on cybersecurity technology and best practices.
