Job summary

Ikano Bank is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Officer to lead vulnerability management and security operations, bridging teams across technology, risk and compliance. You will advance security controls in hybrid environments and drive improvements in threat detection and incident response.

The role requires at least 5 years in cybersecurity, deep knowledge of vulnerability management, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender E5. Swedish/English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Cybersecurity
• Strong understanding of networks, OS, middleware/runtime and security concepts
• Experience with vulnerability management and security operations
• Experience with Microsoft security E5/Defender and related tools
• Ability to translate security requirements into practical configurations

Responsibilities

• Lead vulnerability management strategy development and operational activities
• Oversee Security Operations, ensuring security requirements are met across platforms and products
• Drive security capabilities within Microsoft Defender E5 and related areas
• Maintain up-to-date threat intelligence and strengthen defenses against cyber threats
• Develop and implement security reporting with KPIs and maturity measurements
• Collaborate with Technology, Risk, Compliance and business units to align security initiatives
