Job summary

Hitachi, Ltd. is looking for a Cybersecurity Engineering Manager based in Sweden. You will lead a team of Project Cybersecurity Leads, Engineers, and Risk Assessment Engineers, focusing on managing regulations and supporting project execution.

Your role involves ensuring teams have the tools necessary for their tasks and participating in project reviews. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in cybersecurity regulations and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Documented experience from leading positions such as team leader and/or Project Management.
• Knowledge of critical infrastructure regulations such as NIS/NIS2, NERC-CIP.
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks like ISO 27001, IEC62443, NIST CSF.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in their day-to-day activities.
• Ensure relevant involvement in all projects at HVDC.
• Participate in Project Reviews as necessary.

Skills

Leadership experience
