Customer Support Agent – Borås

We are looking for a proactive and service-minded Customer Support Agent to join our team in Borås. In this role, you will support both the Swedish and Danish markets and handle a variety of back-office tasks.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Agent, you will handle incoming inquiries from Swedish customers via phone and email, as well as email-based customer support for the Danish market using AI translation to ensure accurate language handling.

You’ll also manage a set of back-office and administrative tasks that help keep our customer operations running smoothly. This is a varied role with shifting priorities -perfect for someone who enjoys communication, problem-solving, and structured work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support for the Swedish market via phone and email.
  • Handle customer support for the Danish market via email (with translation tools).
  • Perform relevant back-office and administrative tasks for both markets.
  • Ensure efficient, high-quality handling of customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners when needed.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong communication skills and confident speaking with customers over the phone.
  • Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written).
  • Comfortable managing shifting priorities and fluctuations in workload.
  • Service-minded, solution-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Previous experience in customer support or administrative work is an advantage but not required.
