Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to coordinate Civil, Structural, and Architectural work on fast-track projects in Sweden. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of supervisors, engineers, and package managers, ensuring safe, compliant, and on-time delivery while coordinating with planning and design teams.

The role requires strong scheduling skills, looks-ahead forecasting, and a proactive approach to QA/QC.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of CSA construction site experience.
• Proven track record in managing and completing CSA work packages.
• Ability to oversee entire projects while managing technical aspects.
• Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing, including 4- and 12-week look-ahead forecasts.
• Strong experience in managing internal construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Civil, Structural, and Architectural work packages on fast-track projects.
• Lead CSA team including supervisors, engineers, and package managers to deliver scope.
• Ensure site safety in collaboration with Project Manager and Safety Team.
• Promote Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards within the team.
• Plan and monitor procurement, design, engineering, and installation for CSA works.
• Develop project delivery strategies for CSA work and support commercial team with scope documents.
• Review client designs and resolve discrepancies from standards.
• Develop and manage site plans for QA/QC to ensure compliance.
• Oversee daily site operations focusing on contractor management, safety, and QA/QC.
• Manage project schedule with planning teams, PMs, and subcontractors.
• Liaise with design team for timely information flow aligned with construction schedule.
• Track subcontractor activities, progress, and resources.
• Chair weekly progress meetings with CSA supply chain.
• Maintain subcontractor documentation for reference.
• Attend site meetings, design/engineering reviews, and handovers.
• Manage close-out activities including punch lists and safety/QA files.
• Apply methodical thinking and problem-solving for on-site challenges.
• Issue daily and weekly reports to management.
• Support commercial meetings to manage variations.
• Review drawings and setting-out information with MEP coordination.

Job description

Work Pattern: 17 days on / 4 days off rotational (flight paid for to home country)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the coordination of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages on fast-track, technical projects.
• Lead and support the CSA team, including supervisors, engineers, and package managers, to deliver project scope successfully.
• Ensure site safety in collaboration with the Project Manager and Safety Team.
• Promote a strong culture of Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards within the team.
• Plan and monitor procurement, design, engineering, and installation for all CSA works.
• Develop project delivery strategies for CSA work and support the commercial team in creating scope documents and sub-contract packages.
• Review client designs, identify discrepancies or deviations from standards, and lead resolution efforts.
• Develop and manage detailed site plans for Quality Assurance and Quality Control to ensure compliance.
• Oversee daily site operations, focusing on contractor management, Health & Safety, and Quality Assurance/Control.
• Manage the project schedule in collaboration with planning teams, project managers, and sub-contractors.
• Liaise with the design team to ensure timely and accurate information flow aligned with the construction schedule.

• Chair weekly progress meetings with CSA supply chain members.
• Maintain and organize all sub-contractor documentation for future reference.

Requirements
