Viaplay Group in Stockholm is seeking a CRM Content Manager to join the CRM team on-site. You will craft messages across email, push, and other channels for Nordic markets, manage lifecycle content from onboarding to retention, and collaborate with Product, Tech, and Marketing to optimize campaigns.

You will track KPIs, apply brand standards, run A/B tests, and contribute to evolving tools and processes to support creative production and future growth.

Right now, we’re searching for a CRM Content Manager to join us on-site at our Stockholm office – are you ready to hit play on an exciting career change? This position is a temporary substitute role from approximately February 2027 to August 2028.

The role

As a CRM Content Manager, you will work in the CRM team and help shape how Viaplay communicates with millions of customers across the Nordic markets. Your responsibility will be to create engaging and relevant content across CRM channels that inspires viewing, strengthens the customer experience, improves retention and drives sales. You will:

• Craft impactful messages for email, push notifications and other channels across the Nordic markets. This includes copywriting, creating images and other media, coordinating translations and assets, as well as composing, laying out and configuring each message.
• Create, manage, maintain and optimize content in automated transactional and lifecycle messaging across the customer journey, from onboarding to retention and win-back. Apply a solid technical understanding of event-based triggers, customer data, integrations and dynamic content. Work cross-functionally with Product & Tech, development teams and external consultants to implement, troubleshoot and continuously improve triggered messaging.
• Collaborate with Content, Marketing and Sales on campaigns and day-to-day message production.
• Ensure that your activities are impactful and evolve over time. Track relevant KPIs and continuously learn and optimize for better performance.
• Ensure that up-to-date standards for effective communication and brand guidelines are applied.
• Contribute to team learning and growth. Carry out A/B tests, continuously follow up and report on communication results, and apply the learnings to future activities.
• Actively contribute to the evolution of tools and processes for message production, keeping the team ahead of the curve and prepared for future expansion and the challenges it may bring.

What we’re looking for

As a CRM Content Manager, you will be at the heart of our work. It is essential that you are structured and organized and have a passion for messaging and how it strengthens the customer experience.

You are a proactive, self-driven doer with strong communication skills, a creative mindset and a tech-savvy, hands-on approach. You are forward-leaning with a go-getter attitude, comfortable producing content across multiple CRM channels and continuously improving content quality, tools and production processes. We’re looking for someone who can:

• Have at least 3-5 years of experience creating and managing automated transactional and lifecycle communications — from customer onboarding to retention and win-back — in a CRM or marketing automation platform.
• Create digital content that engages, inspires and influences audiences while enhancing the customer experience for all Viaplay customers.
• Hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, communication, marketing or a related field.
• Be a creative thinker and copywriter with a strong sense of brand tone and messaging.
• Have a passion for movies, TV series and sports.
• Be a proactive, self-driven doer with an organized and structured approach to ensure you reach your goals.
• Be fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
• Possess an analytical and commercial mindset.

Bonus requirements that make you stand out from the rest:

• A background in and understanding of UX and UX copy.
• Previous experience working with and developing tools and ways of working that support and unlock the creative process, such as Adobe Campaign, translation tools, campaign software or other CMS platforms.
• Have experience in project management and working with a diverse set of stakeholders.
