Job summary

Air Apps, a family-founded company building the world’s first AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, is seeking a Creative Designer for onsite Lisbon offices. You will shape brand identity and create visuals across web, social, email, and print, collaborating with Marketing, Product and Content teams.

Bring a strong portfolio, around 3 years of digital design experience, and proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
Around 3 years of experience creating assets for digital marketing campaigns.
Strong portfolio across digital ads, social, and web.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and design best practices.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity that aligns with Air Apps’ brand guidelines.
Create engaging graphics, illustrations, infographics, and layouts for web, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to translate requirements into visual solutions.
Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and performance insights.
Ensure high-quality output and conduct design QA across channels.
Utilize industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) to deliver assets in multiple formats.
