A leading brand in the paint industry is seeking a Country Manager in Sweden. The role involves driving strategic development and commercial performance, leading sales teams, and building strong customer relationships. As Country Manager at Flügger, you’ll be responsible for the strategic development and commercial performance of our Swedish market. You’ll be stepping into a business that has turned challenges into opportunities — delivering growth in the latest quarter. A business full of good energy, loyal customers, and skilled employees, operating in a market that leaves reason for optimism. Also, you’ll be leading one of Sweden’s largest paint brands, which ranked #1 in unaided brand awareness in this summer’s market survey.
Reporting directly to the SVP of Commercial Nordic you’ll lead the expansion of our footprint, increasing profitability, and strengthening our relationships within different customer segments including painters, decorators, dealers, and consumers.
You’ll oversee both our own stores and our B2B sales force, ensuring they deliver great results and customer experiences. From market planning and budgeting to team development and key account management, you’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy.
Your role will span across leadership, strategy, and execution. You’ll:
You’re a senior sales professional with a proven track record in B2B environments—especially within the paint, coating, building materials sectors or similar. You understand how to nurture long-term customer relationships and know what it takes to lead a team to commercial excellence.
You’re comfortable with strategic planning, hands-on leadership, and making data-driven decisions. You thrive in dynamic environments and are ready to take ownership of a national market.
