IST Group AB is looking for a Corporate System Administrator to join our Corporate IT team in Växjö. You will help maintain a secure, stable and modern IT environment for IST employees across multiple countries.

As a Corporate System Administrator, you will play an important role in maintaining and developing IST's internal IT environment. Together with your colleagues in Corporate IT, you will ensure that our systems, devices and services operate securely, efficiently and with high availability.
You will support employees across multiple countries and work closely with both internal stakeholders and external vendors. The role combines hands‑on operational work with continuous improvements of processes, systems and ways of working.

Your experience and skills:
This is a full‑time, permanent position based at our HQ in Växjö.At IST, we apply an office‑first policy, meaning we primarily work from the office as we believe physical presence fosters collaboration, innovation, and a strong team spirit. At the same time, we understand the importance of flexibility—if you live farther away, working from the office three days a week with the remaining time remote may be possible.
