TL;DR - We’re looking for a CorpDev and Partnership Lead to build and scale Lovable’s relationships with top startups in Europe and our key technology partners. You’ll help shape Lovable’s reputation as the top place for talent and startups to do the work of their life. You’ll work closely with Lovable’s senior leaders, we evaluate, execute, and integrate strategic acquisitions,investments, and partnerships that accelerate our roadmap.

What we’re looking for
5+ years of VC / growth equity / banking experience, and 2+ years working in fast growing startups with demonstrated success building out the Corp Dev experience from 0 to 1.
Experience in influencing and coordinating cross functional teams to execute toward a common goal.
Experience leading M&A transactions or strategic partnerships in technology sectors.
Experience in building a scalable sourcing approach and conducting initial evaluation with limited information.
Excel at building relationships and can effectively engage with technical and business stakeholders.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
What you’ll do
Source new deal opportunities that align with our strategic priorities.
Attend key events to expand our ecosystem and brand among European founders.
Lead founder meetings, providing critical notes and insights.
Build and lead our M&A process with support of a close knit cross functional team.
Track and report our ongoing conversations with founders on a weekly basis.
Develop investment theses by researching and monitoring emerging trends and disruptive companies.
Lead negotiations and commercial assessment of technology partners.
