Afternoon Prep Shift (14:30–18:30)

Position: Part-time Cook / Kitchen Assistant (20 hours per week)

We are looking for a reliable and motivated person to join our Italian kitchen for the afternoon prep shift. Your main tasks will include preparing ingredients (vegetables, herbs, sauces), portioning, organizing the kitchen, cooking simple items following our recipes, and helping set up for the next day. You will work closely with our chef and support the overall production of the restaurant.

14:30–18:30, Monday to Friday (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Preparing sauces and pasta ingredients
• Portioning food for the next day
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Following recipes accurately
• Assisting the chef when needed

What we’re looking for

• Basic experience in kitchen work (preferred, not required)

• English required (Swedish is a plus)
