About the Role: We are seeking a consultant with over 10 years of experience in embedded software design and development or embedded system design and development, particularly within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing automotive system solutions, focusing on traction voltage systems and components.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Design and Development:
  • Develop and design automotive system solutions, focusing on traction voltage systems and components.
  • Define requirements, communication interfaces, and conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Functional Safety:
  • Implement and ensure compliance with functional safety standards (ISO 26262) in automotive products and applications.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Communicate effectively across teams and with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
  • Plan and prioritize tasks effectively to achieve results in a timely manner.
• Technical Leadership:
  • Provide solid technical leadership within a large organization, navigating decisions made at various levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience building automotive system solutions, particularly in traction voltage systems/components.
