Job summary

Lynx Asset Management AB is seeking a Compliance Officer to join our small Legal & Compliance team in Stockholm. The role blends regulatory compliance with legal advisory in an international context and requires close collaboration with the business.

You will contribute to governance, maintain and develop fund documentation and internal frameworks, lead projects and training, and report to senior management and the Board while communicating with supervisory authorities.

Qualifications

• Master of Laws or equivalent university-level legal qualification.
• About 2–5 years of relevant professional experience from a fund management company, bank, securities firm, insurance company, financial supervisory authority, business law firm and/or equivalent organisation.
• Experience in financial regulation.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

We are looking for a Compliance Officer who can manage a broad range of legal and regulatory matters and become part of a small, well-functioning Legal & Compliance team.

The role is business-oriented and combines compliance work with legal advisory in an international context. You will work closely with the business and contribute to:

• Governance


• Maintenance and development of fund documentation and the internal framework

• Reporting on compliance matters to senior management and the Board of Directors


• Communicate with supervisory authorities

QUALIFICATIONS

We believe that you have:
