Job summary

Saab AB is seeking a Communication Specialist for Events & Projects to drive and coordinate communication initiatives within the Business Area Naval. You will plan and coordinate trade show participations, ensuring a strong presentation of our products and narratives across events.

You will lead communication projects, collaborate with the Communication team and Business Development, and report to the Head of Communication, Business Area Naval.

Qualifications

• University degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
• Several years of experience working with communication, project management, event management, marketing communication, or related areas.
• Experience coordinating events, trade shows, or similar activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Your role

As a Communication Specialist, Events & Projects, you will drive and coordinate communication initiatives across Business Area Naval. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating trade show participations, ensuring a strong and consistent presentation of our products, narratives, brand experience, and communication activities before, during, and after such events.

You will lead communication projects, represent Communication in cross-functional Business Area initiatives, and work closely with colleagues in the Communication team and Business Development. You report to the Head of Communication, Business Area Naval.

Your profile

We are looking for a proactive and structured communication professional with strong project management skills that can turn strategy into action.

You have:

• A university degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
• Several years of experience working with communication, project management, event management, marketing communication, or related areas.
• Experience coordinating events, trade shows, or similar activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
