The Role

As our Commercial Project Manager, you will take ownership of high‑impact commercial projects that directly influence Assessio’s growth and strategic direction. You’ll work at the intersection of business strategy, commercial operations, and post‑merger integration‑turning ideas into execution and measurable results.

You will:
  • Lead and deliver strategic commercial projects end to end, from planning to execution, milestones, KPIs and outcomes.
  • Act as the commercial lead for Post‑Merger Integration (PMI) initiatives, aligning systems, processes, teams, and go‑to‑market motions.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership, Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience and Finance to drive commercial alignment.
  • Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps that create clarity, structure and momentum.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize commercial processes and strengthen our revenue engine.
  • Support go‑to‑market plans for new markets, products or service offerings.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration, communication and stakeholder engagement across the entire organization.

You Bring
  • Solidexperience in project management, management consulting, commercial operations or similar.
  • Proven success leading cross‑functional strategic projects in B2B SaaS, tech or HR‑tech.
  • Strong understanding of commercial functions (sales, marketing, pricing, revenue operations, customer success).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — from operational teams to senior leadership.
  • Analytical sharpness, business acumen and the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Experience with Post‑Merger Integration (PMI) is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English.
